Data Deletion Instructions

If a Meta connection appears in PortantisAI under Settings, then Plugins, an organization owner or administrator can choose that connection and select Disconnect. If no Meta connection appears there, continue with Remove access in Meta below.

Disconnecting clears the stored OAuth tokens, scopes, and token expiry information for that connection and prevents PortantisAI from making new requests through it. It does not by itself delete data previously synchronized into the tenant.

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find PortantisAI, select Remove, and confirm. This revokes future access from the Meta side.

Meta notes that removing a business integration stops future API access but the developer may still hold information shared while the integration was active. Use the deletion request below if you also want PortantisAI-held data removed.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your PortantisAI account or closed-beta request and state that you are requesting data deletion.

• Include your name and organization or tenant name.
• Identify the connected provider and, if known, the relevant business or ad account identifiers.
• State whether the request covers your user account, a specific integration, or the entire tenant.
• For a closed-beta request, identify the work email used to request access. We will verify control of that address before deletion.
• Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets by email.

We will verify the requester's identity and, for tenant-wide or business-data requests, their authority to act for the organization. We will then confirm the request scope and process a valid request without undue delay, subject to applicable law.

Deletion may cover closed-beta request data, account profile data, stored connected-service credentials, synchronized provider data, uploaded content, and other tenant data within the approved scope.

We may retain a limited record where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or proof that a request was completed. Access to retained data is restricted and the data is kept only for the applicable purpose and retention period.

If residual copies remain in protected backups, they are overwritten or expire through the applicable backup lifecycle and are not returned to active use except where needed for disaster recovery or legal obligations.
