Recommendations support professional judgment. Users review budgets, campaign settings, publishing destinations and other material changes before approval.

Connection credentials are stored separately from reporting data and are not shown in reports. Private files require an authenticated organization member with access. PortantisAI uses encryption in transit and access controls.

Connections can be disconnected, provider access can be revoked and verified deletion requests can be submitted. Retention depends on the data and legal or operational need. Each closed-beta request carries an expiry date 12 months after submission. Expired records are removed through the restricted retention process, and verified deletion can remove them earlier.
