Forge also lists your products on both, and checks each listing before it is sent.

What you provide

Your marketplace orders, the products in them, and which of your products each one matches. A product that is not matched yet stays in your order list and does not change your stock.

Connect the Pages and ad accounts you choose. PortantisAI shows how your ads are doing, suggests what to change and makes the changes you approve.

It can also look after comments on your Pages. Automatic comment moderation may hide comments and publish replies. Review mode only queues comments for review.

You choose who can see each post and how it is labelled, and every post shows in one list. If the owner turns it on, approved product videos can go out on their own, within limits the owner sets.

Who the account belongs to, as TikTok shares it, basic profile details, which permissions you granted and when they run out, your posting settings, the status of each post, and TikTok's own reference for each post.

Removing access

An owner or admin can disconnect the account. That turns the connection off and removes the saved access. You can also ask for data we already hold to be deleted.

Connect the YouTube channels you choose, upload an approved video and see when YouTube has it ready, without leaving PortantisAI.

Nothing goes up on its own. A person picks the channel, sets the title and description, chooses who can see the video and confirms each upload. Videos can go up as private, unlisted or public, and the label for AI-made videos is taken care of.

The connected channels, the video and the details sent with it (title, description, who can see it, and whether it is made for kids), and the upload and readiness status YouTube reports back.

An owner or admin can disconnect a channel. You can also remove access in your Google Account settings. Videos already uploaded stay on the channel, and you manage them in YouTube.

Connect a Google Ads account and see how often people search for the products you are looking into. It does not create or change campaigns in Google Ads.

Disconnecting removes the saved access keys. Shipping history already brought in is kept, and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Connect Sameday to follow every parcel from the moment its AWB is made until it is delivered, refused or returned, and to check the cash on delivery paid back to you.

Create or cancel AWBs and download their labels without opening the Sameday website.

Parcels you send with GLS show up on the same delivery board as every other parcel, using the tracking numbers already on your Shopify orders. A GLS account is not connected directly.

Data it uses

The GLS tracking numbers on your store's shipped orders.

Connect SMSLink and customers confirm their orders by text message. Each reply, in the customer's own words, updates the order in your store.

What you provide

Your SMSLink access keys, entered by an owner or admin, plus an address PortantisAI gives you so replies and delivery reports come back.

Data it uses

Customer phone numbers on orders, the messages sent, the replies received and whether each message was delivered.

Removing access

Disconnecting removes the access keys right away and pauses order confirmations. Messages not sent yet wait for a person to check them. Past confirmations are kept.

Connect your phone provider and AI calls ring from your own numbers. Every call shows how long it lasted and what it really cost.

Connect a mailbox you choose. PortantisAI sends work email from it and reads the messages it needs to follow up. A test button sends one email to the same mailbox and reads it back, so you know the mailbox works.

AI processing

Connecting Gmail alone does not activate native AI workflows. If your organization separately enables AI-assisted courier work, relevant message text and conversation context may be processed through an AI routing service and eligible model-hosting providers with no-collection and zero-data-retention routing. Google data is not used to train generalized AI models. Read the Google data and Limited Use policy, which names these providers.

A business chat number brings supplier invoices and requests straight into the workspace. Invoices your suppliers post in their chat groups are picked up and filed with the right order.

Each supplier gets its purchase order in its chat group, a reminder for invoices still missing, and a note when a payment is made.

Connect a Revolut Business account and approve payments for supplier invoices and expenses from the app, one at a time or several at once.

Every supplier invoice needs a manager's check before it can be paid, and the bank checks that the name matches the account before any money leaves. If they do not match, the payment is blocked.
