PortantisAI connects the Pages and ad accounts selected by your organization to analyze performance, produce recommendations and perform approved advertising work.

PortantisAI connects the TikTok creator account selected by the user so they can review and publish eligible video content and see its publication status in PortantisAI.

• Data usedApp-scoped creator identity, basic/profile information, token scope and expiry, creator publishing information, publication status and provider post identifiers.
• ControlAn owner or administrator can disconnect the account. Revocation disables the connection and clears the stored active credential path; a verified deletion request covers previously held data.

Disconnecting stops new PortantisAI access through the supported connection. Revoking access at the provider is an additional control. A verified deletion request can cover eligible data already held by PortantisAI.
