Signing in and using Portantis
Trouble signing in, an invitation that never arrived, or a question about using Portantis. Tell us your business name, the page you were on and roughly when.
Connected accounts
The owner or an admin can disconnect any account at any time: open Settings, then Plugins, choose the account and select Disconnect. You can also remove our access from the other service's own settings.
Each connected service sets its own rules on what it allows.
Privacy and deletion
Send privacy questions and requests to delete your data to the same email. Before we change anything, we may check who you are and that you can speak for the business.
