Terms and Conditions

PortantisAI is an entity in the making, operated in Romania by Marius-Cornel Suciu as an individual. By accessing or using PortantisAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

A signed order, subscription agreement, or data processing agreement may add service-specific terms. If it expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the tenant and business assets you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles, permissions, and connected assets within their tenant.

When you connect Meta or another provider, you authorize PortantisAI to access and process only the data and actions covered by the permissions you approve. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to connect those assets and must comply with the provider's terms and policies.

You may disconnect a provider at any time. Provider APIs, permissions, reviews, limits, and availability are controlled by the provider and may change independently of PortantisAI.

You may not use PortantisAI unlawfully, access another tenant without permission, bypass security or usage limits, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, misrepresent your authority, or use connected data in breach of law or provider policy.

You must not use the service to create unlawful discrimination, deception, spam, or prohibited advertising content.

PortantisAI may analyze business or advertising data and provide forecasts, diagnostics, recommendations, or proposed actions. These outputs support professional judgment; they do not guarantee revenue, profitability, delivery, ad performance, or any other result.

You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, budgets, campaign settings, legal compliance, and material business decisions. PortantisAI performs changes to connected services only within the access and action flow authorized for your tenant.

You retain your rights in data and content submitted or connected by your organization. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide, secure, and support the service.

Marius-Cornel Suciu, as the operator of PortantisAI, retains rights in PortantisAI, including its software, interface, documentation, and service-generated platform materials. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law permits it.

We may maintain, improve, or change PortantisAI and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment under an applicable agreement, or investigate a material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations. When access ends, data is handled under the Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal retention requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, PortantisAI is provided without implied warranties and its operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party services, user instructions, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
