Every cash-on-delivery order is confirmed with the customer by text, and a no cancels it and puts the item back in stock. In beta, addresses are checked before the parcel leaves, and AI calls back abandoned checkouts and doubtful orders.
Confirmed orders get their AWB and label without you opening the courier's site. You see where every parcel is, failed deliveries are pointed out, and returns are checked so only good items go back on the shelf.
